Shipping & Handling
*Free Shipping Over $69 only under regular post national services. We generally dispatch items within 2 business days. No items would be handed to post during weekend and public holidays. Some orders may be delivered in more than one package due to different warehouse locations or special order.
Please be advised we do NOT guarantee date of delivery since Australia Post and other couriers don’t (their terms & conditions). Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. If your item is required urgently, please choose Express Post service.
Generally, we send all flat pack items by Australia Post regular post (it does not include tracking). If you would like a tracking service, please contact us for the additional costs.
We may use Australia Post, Sendle or other couriers (some come with tracking) for parcels.
Returns and Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept return if items unopened and in original packaging. Postage must be paid for by the sender and will not be refunded by Nexta Party.
When do items need to be returned by?
All goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Where do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or via “Contact Us” page for further instructions and return delivery address.
How do I return my order?
We recommend using a traceable shipping method (with a tracking service) to the correct address we provide. If you return the order without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
Items need to be sent back in the original packaging for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty. We generally process refunds within a week of receiving items back. Please note we don’t refund you any shipping costs.
