Shipping & Handling

*Free Shipping Over $79 only under regular post Australia national services. We generally dispatch items in 1-2 business days. Bulk orders may take 1-2 weeks. No items would be handed to post during weekend and public holidays. Some orders may be delivered in more than one package due to different warehouse locations or special order. 

Regular post (Australia) generally take between 2-8 business days. Regional areas may take 4-15 business days.

Express post (Australia) generally take between 1-4 business days. Regional areas may take 2-6 business days.

Regular post (New Zealand) generally take between 8-20 business days. Regional areas may take 14-25 business days.

Express post (New Zealand) generally take between 5-10 business days. Regional areas may take 8-13 business days.

 

Please be advised that we DO NOT guarantee date of delivery because Australia Post and other couriers don’t (according to their terms & conditions). If your item is required urgently, please choose “Express Post services. Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Generally, we send all flat pack items by Australia Post regular post (it does not include tracking). If you would like a tracking service, please choose registered service or contact us for the additional costs.

We may use Australia Post and other couriers (most of them come with tracking) for parcels.

Note: Stock availability shown on the site is for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock information, it may become out of date and may change between the time you add an item to cart and the time your order is received by us.

 

Returns And Refund Policy

Order cancellation fees / restock fees?

Nexta Party does not charge order cancellation fee if buyers paid by PayPal, Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Direct Bank Transfer/PayID.

IMPORTANT: However, Nexta Party charges 7% cancellation fee on refund if buyers paid by Afterpay then request order cancellation (including removing items from orders). Because Afterpay Merchant fees are high and non-refundable to sellers even if order cancelled. This fee would be deducted from refund.

Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept return if items unopened and in original packaging. Postage must be paid for by the sender and will not be refunded by Nexta Party.

IMPORTANT: Nexta Party charges 7% fee on return if buyers paid by Afterpay then return items. Because Afterpay Merchant fees are very high and non-refundable. This fee would be deducted from refund.

When do items need to be returned by?
All goods must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Where do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us either by email team@nexta-party.com.au or via “Contact Us” page for further instructions and return delivery address.

How do I return my order?
We recommend using a traceable shipping method (with a tracking service) to the correct address we provide. If you return the order without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

Packing materials?
Items need to be sent back in the original packaging for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty. We generally process refunds within 7 days after receiving items back. Please note we don’t refund any shipping costs.

How could I leave reviews and feedbacks ? Do I get invited?
